Refund policy

No refunds on services but we will be happy to receive at credit for service at a later date. Or exchange items purchased if defected.

If you are unsatisfied with service you must advised esthetician before leaving JLuxe Beauty Bar, 

Once you receive your items and it's too big or too small, you have 5 business days from the date received to return for an exchange at JLuxe Luxe Beauty Bar. 

Once you receive product and it is effected, you must contact JLuxe Beauty Bar. We will ship out new item along with shipping label for return of effected item.

EXAMPLE: You received the item today(Monday), you have until the following Monday to send the item back for an exchange. Please note, the customer is responsible for all shipping fees to and from destinations.

    1. Exchanges are ONLY done for bigger or smaller size of the same item.

    2. We DO NOT exchange for a different item.

    3. Buttlifters, body creams (NO EXCHANGES, NO EXCEPTIONS).

Exchanges on selected items only. Please read the descriptions. If the item you wish to exchange is a bundle then the ENTIRE bundle needs to be sent back for the exchange to be granted. Once the exchange is received, there is an estimated time frame of 5 business days to process and ship the items.

All exchanges must have original packaging and must not be worn. If the items are returned in poor condition, damaged, stained, stretched, humid, etc. we reserve the right to refuse your exchange. Please send your item along with your receipt and the size you would like to exchange the item for. You should send your item via a traceable method (with tracking number) to ensure safe delivery. We are not responsible for lost/returned shipments.
