Shipping can take 5-10 business days depending on shipping location.
Returned items should be unused and unworn (if applicable) and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation.
No refunds but we will be happy to exchange the item.

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.

Once you receive your items and it's too big or too small, you have 5 business days from the date received to return for an exchange.
Exchanges on selected items only. Please read the descriptions. If the item you wish to exchange is a bundle then the ENTIRE bundle needs to be sent back for the exchange to be granted. Once the exchange is received, there is an estimated time frame of 5 business days to process and ship the items.
All exchanges must have original packaging and must not be worn. If the items are returned in poor condition, damaged, stained, stretched, humid, etc. we reserve the right to refuse your exchange. Please send your item along with your receipt and the size you would like to exchange the item for. You should send your item via a traceable method (with tracking number) to ensure safe delivery. We are not responsible for lost/returned shipments.
